The pincushions are absolutely exquisite this year. Driving over Ou Kaapse Weg this weekend, the mountain is ablaze with these flame orange and yellow curious wonders.
I love the combination of charcoal black ceramics with the orange flowers. It seems reminiscent of how nature regenerates itself after the fires that occasionally ravage the mountain.
So, in homage to beautiful Cape Town and Table Mountain....
